Serving people and communities

Ministry Leadership

  1. BEO

Co-Director — Bethal Evangelistic Organisation (BEO)

My work with BEO brings evangelism and ministry leadership together with community development. I want to see women and families strengthened, women encouraged to grow into their potential, and vulnerable communities supported with care.

Through this work, I seek to serve alongside communities and contribute to sustainable, positive transformation rooted in faith, dignity, and practical support.

  2. MCF

Director — Member Care Foundation (MCF)

At MCF, I support initiatives for women's empowerment, family support, and the care of ministry leaders. Our work includes leadership development and practical encouragement for people who give themselves to serving others.

I am committed to restoring dignity and strengthening vulnerable communities so that individuals and families can find support, develop their gifts, and move forward with hope.

Learning and serving together

International Organizations and Networks

  1. Asia

Women Together Asia — Conference Speaker

As a conference speaker, I address women's leadership, Christian ministry, empowerment, and family life. I encourage women to recognize their God-given potential and develop it in service to their families, churches, and communities.

  2. Canada

    Women Together Canada

I am involved with this international network that connects and empowers women. It creates opportunities to exchange experiences, develop leadership, and encourage one another in faith and service.

  3. AEA

Asian Evangelical Alliance — Women & Family Commission

I am a member of the Women and Family Commission. Its concerns include family well-being, women's leadership, spiritual development, and the health of the communities we serve.

  4. AEA

Asian Evangelical Alliance — Domestic Abuse Task Force

Through the AEA Task Force on Domestic Abuse, I take part in work that raises awareness and encourages compassionate responses. This includes supporting protection and practical help, and encouraging churches and communities to stand with people affected by abuse.

  5. Christian Study Centre

Ecumenical Forum for Theologically Trained Women

I am involved with the Forum at the Christian Study Centre and have served as a conference speaker for the past three years. The Forum brings women together around theology, women's leadership, and ministry, while considering the role of women in the Church and society.

Healthy relationships, stronger communities

Marriage Counselling and Family Ministry

Marriage counselling is a major personal passion. I have counselled numerous couples and conducted Marriage Seminars, helping couples work through challenges and build healthy communication and relationships.

I bring biblical principles together with practical guidance, with the hope of building strong, Christ-centred marriages and families. Healthy families can strengthen the life of churches and communities.

Strong families can become a source of care, faith, and hope for the wider community.

Learning for a life of service

Academic Journey

  1. 2001

Master's Degree — East Asia School of Theology, Singapore

I completed my master's degree in 2001, focusing on Missions and Evangelism. This theological foundation supported my calling toward ministry, leadership, and sharing the Christian faith.

  2. Women Empowerment

Master of Theology (MTh) — Zarephath Bible Seminary (ZBS)

Completed in partnership with Langham Partnership, my MTh studies focused on Women Empowerment. They strengthened my theological understanding and deepened my commitment to women's dignity, leadership, and development.

My Calling & Passion

Serving God by strengthening lives.

I want to serve God through women's empowerment, evangelism, marriage counselling, family ministry, community development, and leadership. I believe these callings are connected: empowering women can strengthen families, and stronger families can help transform communities.
