The story

Theological learning, shared voices

The 2025 Ecumenical Forum for Theologically Trained Women at the Christian Study Centre in Rawalpindi brought together women theologians, church leaders, and ministry practitioners from across Pakistan. The forum offers a place to reflect on faith and the responsibilities of leadership in our churches and communities.

Theological learning sits alongside shared experience, prayer, and fellowship. Together, these activities encourage women to explore their calling and develop the understanding and confidence needed to use their gifts in ministry.

Dialogue across Christian denominations is an essential part of the forum's purpose. Women bring different church traditions and experiences into conversation, considering issues that affect their communities while learning from one another.

The continuing vision is to strengthen women's participation in church leadership and encourage unity, justice, and positive community transformation. Theological education becomes part of that work when women are supported in putting their learning into faithful service.
